Do I need to be at the shoot?
No. A lockbox or a code is fine. Just make sure the home is ready to photograph.
How should the house be prepped?
Lights on, blinds open, counters cleared, cars out of the driveway. I'll send a short checklist when you book.
What if the weather is bad?
Drone and exterior shots can be rescheduled at no charge if rain or wind gets in the way.
How far do you travel?
Based in Port Jervis, NY. I shoot all over Orange and Sullivan County, plus nearby Pike County, PA and Sussex County, NJ. Further out? Send me the location and I'll let you know.
Can I use the photos on MLS and social media?
